在本学期近3个月的下校听课活动中,发现课堂充满了生机和活力,老师们正积极运用新课程理念指导教学,注重创设情境,激发学生的兴趣,引导学生自主探索、合作交流。有的课朝气蓬勃、充满激情,有的课循循善诱、充满理性,但也有一些老师新课程观念的落实还不到位,学生兴趣不浓,课堂沉闷,学生昏昏欲睡,从他们的教学活动中收获颇多、感悟颇多。怎样才能充分激发学生的兴趣,让他们热爱学习,乐于学习,积极投身于学习活动中呢?下面谈谈几点看法。
