遗传因素导致的出生缺陷目前没有有效的治疗方法,产前诊断成为降低出生缺陷的主要途径。传统的细胞学核型分析因方法的局限性不能满足目前临床需要,SPR技术进入产前诊断领域,构建应用于产前诊断用的SPR芯片,弥补细胞遗传学和FISH技术在产前诊断中的不足,成为建立一种无标记、高通量、稳定、快捷、在线分析的染色体异常的产前诊断方法的新思路。SPR生物传感技术在产前诊断中的成功应用,必将提高我国产前诊断的水平,有效降低出生缺陷。
There is currently no effective treatment for birth defects caused by genetic factors. Prenatal diagnosis is the main way to reduce birth defects. Traditional cytology karyotyping methods can not meet the current clinical needs because of limitations, SPR technology into prenatal diagnosis, the construction of prenatal diagnosis with SPR chip to make up for cytogenetics and FISH technology in prenatal diagnosis Lacking, and become a new idea of establishing a prenatal diagnosis method of unmarked, high-throughput, stable, fast and on-line analysis of chromosomal abnormalities. The successful application of SPR biosensor technology in prenatal diagnosis will surely increase the level of prenatal diagnosis in our country and effectively reduce birth defects.
