根据锰离子的峰电位在有络合剂存在时的迁动,试用玻璃碳电极伏安法,对锰的有机络合物的稳定常数进行了测定。对玻璃碳电极的表面状况、溶液的pH、离子强度及温度的影响等作了试验。测定了不同有机物培养液的锰络合物的稳定常数。根据用此法测得的pK值,可以区分不同绿肥在不同分解期的产物与锰的络合能力的差异。
According to the migration of the peak potential of manganese ion in the presence of complexing agent, the stability constant of the organic complex of manganese was determined by voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode. The surface condition of the glassy carbon electrode, the pH of the solution, the ionic strength and the influence of temperature were tested. The stability constants of manganese complexes in different organic medium were determined. According to the pK value measured by this method, the difference in the complexation ability between products of different green manures and manganese at different decomposition periods can be distinguished.
