目的报告静脉注射汞患者的临床特点和治疗情况。方法观察1例于双上肢肘部静脉注射汞的患者临床症状、体征、实验室检查和治疗情况。结果治疗前患者出现发热、乏力、间断性上腹痛和持续性胸骨后疼痛的症状,并有特征性胸片改变,经2个疗程的驱汞治疗及对症治疗后,症状好转。结论静脉注射汞病例少见,临床表现缺乏特异性,影像学检查有特异性发现,驱汞和对症治疗效果良好。
Objective To report the clinical features and treatment of intravenous mercury in patients. Methods One case of mercury in patients with upper extremity elbow vein injection clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory tests and treatment. Results Before treatment, the patients showed symptoms of fever, fatigue, intermittent upper abdominal pain and persistent retro-sternum pain. They also had characteristic chest radiographs. After 2 courses of excretion of mercury and symptomatic treatment, their symptoms improved. Conclusion The rare cases of mercury in intravenous injection, the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations, imaging studies have found that mercury excretion and symptomatic treatment with good results.
