桑菊饮、银翘散、桂枝汤能显著抑制新斯的明诱发的小鼠肠道蠕动亢进,麻黄汤亦有微弱的抑制作用,四方均呈显著的量效相关。实验测得的药效动力学参数:麻黄汤的最低起效剂量为1.840g/kg Po,相当于临床等效剂量的效应消除半衰期为1.6h,效应维持时间为3.08h,效应达峰时间为0.95h。桂枝汤相应为0.186g/kg、5.87、33.74和2.89h。银翘散相应为0.213g/kg、4.25、27.18和1.54h。桑菊饮相应为0.103g/kg、4.20、27.70和1.13h。
