目的 探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-l)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)在毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(GD)中的致病作用。方法50例GD患者在确诊时用放射免疫法测定血清IL-l、IL-2、IL-6、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)的水平。25例年龄与性别相匹配的健康志愿者作为正常对照。结果①与正常对照组相比,GD组IL-2的水平有不同程度的降低,IL-1、IL-6的水平均有不同程度的升高。②TT3、TT4水平升高,IL-2水平的下降与TT3、TT4水平的升高呈直线负相关;TT3、TT4水平升高,IL-1、IL-6水平的升高与TT3、TT4水平的升高呈直线正相关。结论 GD 患者血清IL-1.IL-2、IL-6水平的变化可能与GD的发生发展有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the pathogenic role of interleukin-1, interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in toxic diffuse goiter (GD). Methods Serum levels of IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total thyroxine (TT3) and total thyroxine (TT4) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 50 GD patients at the time of diagnosis. . Twenty-five healthy volunteers aged and sex matched as normal controls. Results ① Compared with the normal control group, the level of IL-2 in GD group decreased to some extent, and the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 increased to some extent. The levels of TT3 and TT4 were increased, and the decrease of IL-2 level was negatively correlated with the levels of TT3 and TT4. The levels of TT3 and TT4 were increased, while the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 were increased with the levels of TT3 and TT4 Elevated positive linear correlation. Conclusion GD patients serum IL-1. IL-2, IL-6 levels may be related to the occurrence and development of GD have a certain relationship.
