交通部部颁标准《船舶轴系、螺旋桨及舵系修理技术标准》业已正式出版发行。这是建国以来第一次正式颁布的这方面修理技术标准。这项标准的制订是吸取了我国当前有关船舶轴系、螺旋桨及舵系在设计、制造和维修等方面的一些经验,符合我国目前修造船工业的生产水平。这项标准在内容上,首先突出了修理技术标准的特殊性,同时把与修理有密切联系的制造标准也在修理标准中结合考虑,因为在许多方面修与造是密切相关的。这样,既达到了重点为修船服务的目的,也兼顾了造船的需要。这项技术标准主要是针对船舶在进坞和上排检修水线下工程的技术依据。经许多船厂、航运和检验部门的实践表明,它为提高修船质量,提供了一定的技术依据,有利于
Ministry of Communications issued a standard “ship shaft, propeller and rudder repair technical standards” has been officially published. This is the first time since the founding of the People’s Republic of China formally promulgated the technical standards for repairing this area. The formulation of this standard draws on our current experience in the design, manufacture and maintenance of ship’s shaft, propeller and rudder systems in China, which is in line with the current level of shipbuilding industry in China.
