屋面渗漏是商品房质量重点问题之一,也是建筑工程要解决的难题。屋面渗漏不仅会损害建筑物的主体结构,而且给生产、居住带来不便。卷材防水屋面由于在设计、材料、施工、使用维护等方面的原因,产生一些卷材防水层鼓泡、开裂、剥离脱缝、屋面积水、女儿墙山墙推裂漏水、天沟檐口漏水、块体保护层拱起等质量问题。针对此问题探索造成屋面渗漏现象的主要原因,我们可以相应采取些渗漏防治处理方法。
