转换层作为当前高层建筑施工过程中其建筑功能的转换手段和关键性控制因素,要从钢筋施工、模板施工、混凝土施工等各个环节进行有效控制,使其能够适应时代发展的需求。优质建筑应做到将设计的系统性、施工质量的可靠性、建筑外观的美观性集于一体,达到经济效益与社会效益的和谐统一。本文结合当前高层建筑转换层的特点,对转换层施工技术和质量控制方法进行探讨,为建设更好更优质的高层建筑提供参考。
As a transitional means and a key control factor of the building function in the current high-rise building construction, the conversion layer should be effectively controlled from various aspects such as reinforcement construction, formwork construction and concrete construction so that it can adapt to the needs of the development of the times. Quality construction should be done to the design of the system, the reliability of construction quality, appearance of the appearance of the building in one set, to achieve the economic and social benefits of the harmonious unity. Based on the characteristics of the current high-rise building conversion layer, this article discusses the conversion layer construction technology and quality control methods to provide reference for building better and better high-rise buildings.
