目的探讨牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎(AP)的疗效。方法 AP患者55例对其给予牙周基础治疗。观察对比本组患者治疗前后菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失指标以及牙龄松动度的变化。结果 55例患者治疗后菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失各项指标显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后牙齿松动程度>Ⅰ度的例数明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗对于AP患者具有较佳的临床疗效,可以显著改善牙齿松动情况,控制牙周炎症,是一种高效、安全的基础治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of basic periodontal treatment of aggressive periodontitis (AP). Methods 55 AP patients were given periodontal treatment. The changes of plaque index, hemorrhage index, probing depth, loss of attachment, and the degree of dental mobility were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the indexes of plaque index, hemorrhage index, exploration depth and attachment loss in 55 patients were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The number of cases with degree of dental loosening> Ⅰ after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment P <0.05). Conclusion The basic periodontal treatment has better clinical efficacy for patients with AP, can significantly improve the situation of tooth loss, control of periodontal inflammation, is an effective and safe basic treatment.
