我们用磷酸锡固着于新华滤纸上作成离子交换纸和涂布在薄板上进行层析的工作已有报告。关于磷酸锡交换纸上的电层析,仅有Qureshi采用无机酸或盐类和低浓度的络合剂为介质进行过探讨;但选择性较差,电泳时间长。本文用磷酸锡做成离子交换纸,以0.25 M柠檬酸和0.25 M酒石酸为电解质溶液,对46种金属离子的电层析行为进行了系统的研究;并用普通新华滤纸作对照。结果表明,纸上电泳法与磷酸锡离子交换剂和以柠檬酸、酒石酸络合剂为电解质溶液,三者相结合,提高了电泳分离的选择性,并成功地分离了两种或两种以上的混合物。
We have used tin phosphate immobilized in Xinhua filter paper to make ion exchange paper and coated on the sheet for chromatography work has been reported. With regard to the electrospinning on tin phosphate exchange paper, only Qureshi has been investigated using mineral acids or salts and low concentrations of complexing agents as mediums; however, the selectivity is poor and the electrophoresis time is long. In this paper, ion exchange paper made of tin phosphate, 0.25 M citric acid and 0.25 M tartaric acid as electrolyte solution, 46 kinds of metal ion electrochromatography behavior were studied; and ordinary Xinhua filter paper as a control. The results showed that the combination of electrophoresis on paper and tin phosphate ion exchangers and the combination of citric acid and tartaric acid complexing agent as electrolyte solution enhanced the selectivity of electrophoretic separation and successfully separated two or more mixture.
