2014年5月7日,兰州市循环经济现场会在兰州市红古区召开。此次会议,兰州市四大班子主要领导,省发改委、市级各部门领导,各县区人民政府领导班子,兰州新区管委会相关负责人及6个省级以上开发区及相关企业代表共计200人参会。现场会在红古区政府会议室召开,会议传达学习甘肃省循环经济现场会议精神,通报了兰州市循环经济中期评估情况,相关单位作了交流发言。在会上,甘肃省委常委、兰州市委书记虞海燕强调,加快发展循环经济,就是要通过努力,
