为了满足液压支架检测检验和科学试验的要求,解决液压支架试验台垂直外加载试验技术和试验平台高度调整级差过大及自动控制等技术难题,研究了液压支架垂直外加载和平台调高技术,解决了大缸径、重载多缸同步、双层差级调高等关键技术;并成功应用于30 MN液压支架试验台,有效减小了最小调高档距,扩大了试验范围,提高了试验精度。
In order to meet the requirements of hydraulic support inspection and test and scientific experiment, the technical problems such as vertical external loading test technology of hydraulic support test rig, excessive height adjustment of test platform and automatic control are solved. The vertical external loading of hydraulic support and platform raising technology are studied, The key technologies such as large bore diameter, heavy load multi-cylinder synchronization and double-deck differential adjustment were solved. The hydraulic system was successfully applied to the 30 MN hydraulic support test rig, which effectively reduced the minimum adjustment range, enlarged the test range and improved the test accuracy.
