随着我国高等职业教育改革的不断深入推进,高职教育发展速度迅猛。高技能人才培养模式也正由传统封闭的学校教育转向现代开放的校企合作办学,工学结合。然而,要实现这一培养模式,课程改革是关键。但是,目前各高职院校在课程开发和建设过程中还存在不少问题,包括课程目标定位过于宏观、工作任务分析笼统、课程设置不能突破学科樊笼等问题,本文针对这些问题进行探讨并给出相应对策。
