小时候最盼过年,因为过年是最饱口福的时节,似乎一年中所有好吃的东西都赶集似的凑到这个时段里。后来生活一天天好起来,食物也大大丰富起来了。相对于30年前的春节食谱来说,现在的家常便饭都赶上了过年。于是年节“吃的氛围”难免淡了许多。我出生在鄱阳湖边的一个村子里,年节食物不外乎鱼、肉、鸡和冬季园蔬、四季干菜以及家家磨制的过年豆腐之类。这些东西搁在现今太过平常了,可在当时却是一年中最有分量
