计算机图像分析系统用于含稀有金属的矿冶废料的技术评估,可以极大地加快这些物料的研究过程,并且获得大量量化、可靠的多种矿相的工艺特性。用计算机图像分析系统(这是一种快捷模式)获得的预测技术参数已被实验研究进一步证实。用机械选矿法从含金的选矿尾矿及冶金矿渣中提取稀有金属(金、铂族金属),可达65%的回收率。由此获得的各种技术指标用于开发从冶金废料中提取有价成份的方案,并确定合理的废物利用途径。
The use of computer image analysis systems for the technical evaluation of mine-scrap materials containing rare metals can greatly speed up the research of these materials and provide a large amount of quantitative and reliable process characteristics for various mineral phases. Predicted technical parameters obtained using a computer image analysis system, which is a shortcut mode, have been further confirmed by experimental studies. Using mechanical beneficiation method to extract rare metals (gold, platinum group metals) from gold-bearing dressing tailings and metallurgical slag, up to 65% recovery rate. The various technical indicators thus obtained are used to develop a scheme for extracting valuable components from metallurgical waste and to determine a reasonable route for waste utilization.
