对甘蓝型油菜和芥菜型油菜的杂种胚胎的观察表明,杂种胚胎仅能发育至心形或早鱼雷形胚期;杂种胚乳不能形成细胞就败育。用组织培养的方法来为杂种胚胎继续发育提供营养条件,以提高杂种胚的成活率。本研究目的在于为组织培养提供确切的取材时间。研究表明:在以Oro为母本,八农3186为父本的组合中,杂种胚胎的组织培养取材最佳期为授粉后12d前后。
Observation of hybrid embryos in Brassica napus and Brassica juncea showed that the hybrid embryos developed only to the heart-shaped or early torpedo-shaped embryos; hybrid endosperm failed to form cells and was aborted. Tissue culture methods for hybrid embryos continue to provide nutrition to improve the survival rate of hybrid embryos. The purpose of this study is to provide the exact time for drawing tissue culture. The results showed that in the combination of Oro as female parent and Bailong 3186 as male parent, the optimal tissue culture of hybrid embryos was 12 days after pollination.
