5月1日至6日,由武当山武当拳法研究会和武当杂志社主办的第六期武当内家拳名家讲坛,在武当山下的丹江口市举办。此次名家讲坛由著名武术家、梁式八卦掌及吴式太极拳(北派)第四代传人,原央视《武林大会》总裁判长张全亮担纲主讲。主要传授梁式八卦掌中的入门功法老八掌,使参学者能够清楚了解八卦掌走圈的要求,和走圈换式及掌式变化的基本方法。来自全国各地的近五十名八卦掌爱好者,以及丹江口市武当太极拳协会的武友参加了本次学习活动。教学以室内理论讲解和室外功法指导相结合,充分做到理论联系实际,先明理而后行功。在理论课教学过程中,张全亮老师从宇宙万物运动规律、阴阳哲学等与八卦掌之间的关系,到八卦掌的运动原理与八卦掌先师的生平轶事等诸多方面,形象的阐释,深入浅出的讲解,使学员们对八卦掌的渊源、文化内涵及运动机理有了较为全面的认识。

Teaching to indoor theory to explain and outdoor practice guidance combined with the theory to make full use of reality, first clear and then practice. In the course of theoretical teaching, Professor Zhang Quanliang explained many aspects of the movement of the universe, the relationship between philosophy of yin and yang and the gossip palm, the movement principle of the gossip palm and the anecdote of the master of Baguazhang, etc. So that students have a more comprehensive understanding of the origin, cultural connotation and movement mechanism of Ba Gua Zhang.
