目的：为了探讨中药促进儿音智能发育的效应，自拟“灵宝”冲剂，进行临床观察。方法：将２３６例智力迟钝儿，随机分为治疗组１２８例，对照组１０８例，治疗组服“灵宝”冲剂，对照组服安慰剂，进行双盲试验。智力测验方法用用国际通用、中国修订的《中国—韦氏儿童智力量表》，以智商作为指标。结果：１个疗程后，治疗组的总智商和言语商、操作商，均有明显提高，而对照组前后无变化，两组差异显著；疗效等级中，治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：认为采用健脾益类中药，能够促进智力迟钝患儿的智能发育且安全范围较宽
Objective: In order to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in promoting intelligent development of children’s music, self-made “Lingbao” granules were used for clinical observation. METHODS: 236 cases of mentally retarded children were randomly divided into treatment group (128 cases) and control group (108 cases). The treatment group was treated with Lingbao granules and the control group was given placebo. The intelligence test method is based on the “China-Weber’s Intelligence Scale for Children”, an internationally-accepted, Chinese revision, with IQ as an indicator. Results: After one course of treatment, the total IQ, speech quotient, and operator of the treatment group improved significantly, while there was no change before and after the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. The efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. P<0.05. Conclusion: It is believed that the use of spleen-enriching Chinese medicine can promote the intelligent development of children with mental retardation and has a wider safety range.
