当前,很多中学体育教学更倾向于采用传统的教学模式,在教学训练中过分强调通过单个动作的重复练习来提高身体素质,教学效果不理想。本研究尝试将功能性训练的理念与方法运用到体育课教学过程中,不仅是对教学内容的丰富,也是对教学方法和手段的创新,通过在中学生体育课中运用功能性动作筛查,探讨功能性训练对中学生FMS测试水平的影响,以期为提高中学生的身体素质,更好地掌握运动技能提供理论和实践依据。
At present, many middle school PE teaching is more inclined to adopt the traditional teaching mode. In teaching training, it emphasizes too much on improving the physical quality through repeated practice of a single action, and the teaching effect is not satisfactory. This study attempts to apply the concept and method of functional training to PE teaching process not only for the enrichment of teaching content but also for the innovation of teaching methods and means. Through the application of functional motion screening in PE curriculums of middle school students The impact of functional training on the FMS test level of middle school students is expected to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the physical quality of middle school students and mastering the motor skills better.
