目的探究热牙胶充填根管治疗术与干髓术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果。方法 190例患者根据所选取的治疗方式不同,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组95例。实验组患者接受热牙胶充填根管治疗术,对照组患者接受干髓术治疗,分析比对两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率(94.74%)显著高于对照组患者(87.37%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压根管充填三维饱满,治疗效果明显优于干髓术。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hot-denture filling root canal therapy and dry-pulp surgery on pulpitis. Methods 190 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the different treatment methods, each group of 95 cases. The patients in the experimental group were treated with hot-dentition filling root canal therapy, the control group were treated with dry-marrow surgery, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate (94.74%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (87.37%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Hot gutta percha vertical compression root canal filled with three-dimensional full, the treatment effect was significantly better than the dry pulp surgery.
