我叫徐玉亮,出身河北衡水市农村,毕业于烹饪专科学校。毕业后在北京做了两年厨师,觉得打工没什么前途,就去烧饼铺做了一年学徒工。1994年春天,我回到衡水开了第一家烧饼铺,经过两年的努力,烧饼店生意越来越红火了。很多当地人都特地坐公交车或坐出租车赶几十里路来买烧饼。记得一位顾客说让我给她报销路费,虽说是她的一句玩笑话,但却萌发了我发展分店的念头。现在,我的店已开到几十家,店面也不断升级改造,口味不断推新从日销售额几百元到几千元奋进,年利润十几万到几十万元。后来,不断有顾客来找我咨询加盟和学技术,于是我决定帮助更多人达成创业的愿望。
