前言21世纪初,人类面临的主要挑战之一就是解决水危机问题。这一危机主要是缺水、由水引起的生态系统退化和营养不良。为了解决水资源短缺,保证粮食安全,人们投入了大量资源开发用于农业的水资源。然而,我们知道,由于工业与城市生活对水的需求越来越多,加之考虑环境用水需求,未来用于农业的水会更少。我们认为,解决水危机的办法在于如何开发和管理水资
Foreword One of the major challenges facing mankind in the early 2000s was to solve the water crisis. The crisis is mainly water scarcity, water-induced ecosystem degradation and malnutrition. In order to solve the water shortage and ensure the food security, people have invested a lot of resources to develop water resources for agriculture. However, we know that due to the increasing demand for water from industrial and urban life, combined with the demand for environmental water, there will be even less water to be used in agriculture in the future. In our opinion, the solution to the water crisis lies in how to develop and manage water resources
