本文报道上海市胸科医院１９８４年～ｌ９９２年期间经电影或数字减影造影检查的Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形３９例，介绍其造影征象和动态分析。主要征象有：心脏膈面的双切迹；帆样征；房化心室；三尖瓣闭锁不全及各征象的动态表现。作者着重对本病的病理与Ｘ线造影表现对照进行了讨论。
This article reports 39 cases of Ebstein’s malformations of Shanghai Chest Hospital between 1984 and 1992, including their imaging features and dynamic analysis. The main signs are: double notch on the heart diaphragmatic surface; sail-like sign; atrial ventricular; tricuspid regurgitation and dynamic signs of the signs. The author focuses on the pathology of the disease and X-ray contrast performance were discussed.
