多发性肺小动静瘘甚为少见,我们遇到1例误诊长达10年之久,经选择性肺动脉造影明确了诊断,现报道如下: 患者女,19岁。以反复咯血、气短10年,加重10d之主诉于1992年4月23日住入我院。患者于10年前因感冒、咳嗽、咯鲜红色血痰伴气短、唇绀而住院。经ECQ、胸部X线及超声心动图等检查,均未见异常。病情好转出院。此后,常因受凉感冒或劳累而犯病,进行性加重。间歇期可胜任营业员工作。10日前再次因感冒、咳嗽、咯少量白色痰,混鲜红色血丝,有时大口咯
Multiple pulmonary arteriovenous fistula is very rare, we encountered 1 case misdiagnosed up to 10 years, confirmed by selective pulmonary angiography, are reported as follows: Female patients, 19 years old.
