针对滚动轴承故障振动(非平稳信号)之特征,提出了基于小波分析的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。该方法应用M atlab软件对包含滚动轴承故障信息的信号进行小波分解和重构,通过细化频谱分析,可有效地把轴承中的故障信息成分检测出来,从而快速地判断轴承的故障类型。基于上述研究,研发出一套适用的滚动轴承摩擦副表面损伤故障诊断系统。经实践检验,诊断方法正确,检测结果稳定、可靠。该系统经改进和功能扩展,可应用于其他振动信号的采集和分析。
Aiming at the characteristics of fault vibration (non-stationary signal) of rolling bearing, a fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing based on wavelet analysis is proposed. The method uses Mlab software to decompose and reconstruct the signal containing the rolling bearing fault information. Through the detailed spectrum analysis, the fault information components in the bearing can be effectively detected to quickly determine the fault type of the bearing. Based on the above research, developed a set of applicable rolling bearing friction pair surface damage fault diagnosis system. The practice test, the diagnostic method is correct, the test results are stable and reliable. This system has been improved and extended in function to be used for the acquisition and analysis of other vibration signals.
