目的:观察快速上浮脱险潜艇艇员脑血管血流动力学的变化。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声,对参加模拟3~30m快速上浮脱险试验艇员8例进行颈动脉及椎动脉血流动力学监测。结果:双侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉及椎动脉的阻力指数和搏动指数随着试验深度的变化均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:浅深度快速上浮脱险对脑血管血流动力学无显著影响,进行类似上浮脱险训练较为安全。
Objective: To observe the changes of cerebrovascular hemodynamics in submarine crews on rapid ascent and deactivation. Methods: Using color Doppler ultrasonography, 8 patients who participated in simulated 3 ~ 30m fast-rising test were monitored hemodynamics of carotid artery and vertebral artery. Results: The resistance index and pulsatility index of bilateral common carotid artery, internal carotid artery and vertebral artery had no significant difference with the depth of test (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Shallow depth rapid exhumation has no significant effect on cerebral hemodynamics. It is safer to carry out similar training on upper exhumation.
