本文对多向模锻液压机横梁用有限元方法进行了分析。计算结果与理论上的分析是吻合的,并在一些部位与电测结果进行了比较,数值相近,说明了文中计算结果是可信的。在力学计算模型的建立过程中,注意到了实际情况和经济性,充分利用结构的对称条件,大大缩小了算题的规模,使计算费用成倍地下降。文中认为沿用材料力学初等理论,进行类似横桥的计算分析,是相当粗糙的,不可取的。
In this paper, finite element method of multi-direction forging hydraulic machine beam is analyzed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones, and some parts are compared with the measured ones. The numerical results are similar, which shows that the calculation results in the paper are credible. In the process of establishing the mechanics calculation model, we noticed the actual situation and economy, made full use of the symmetry conditions of the structure, greatly reduced the scale of the calculation, and reduced the calculation cost by several fold. In the paper, it is quite rough and not advisable to follow the elementary theory of mechanics of materials to carry out the calculation and analysis of the similar horizontal bridge.
