“我对《中外管理》理事会的建议”大庆市海信房地产开发公司张海石总经理:《中外管理》是我们广大读者的共同刊物,为了加强同企业界的密切联系,走共同办刊、相互支持、共同发展的道路,我十分赞成组建理事会,但不应该太限制参加理事单位的数量。我认为理事会中可分为常任理事、理事、会员三个层次,常任理事可以三年任期,享有的权利、待遇和承担的义务、责任相对高一些;理事单位可以相对略低一些;会员可以是单位也可以是读者个人,这样才不会伤了一大批热爱《中外管理》杂志的读者之心。
