目的 研究通过分析中风患者 (脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑梗塞、脑栓塞 )血清中钙、镁离子浓度及其相互间的关系 ,探讨钙、镁离子在脑血管病中的作用。方法 研究对象分为脑梗塞组 30例 ,脑出血组 2 1例 ,正常对照组 30例。三组均检测空腹血清中钙、镁浓度。结果 脑出血与脑梗塞患者血清中 Ca2 +含量无显著差别 (P>0 .0 5) ,但均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;而血清中 Mg2 +含量与正常组无显著性差异 ,但脑梗塞血清 Mg2 +含量明显低于脑出血 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 脑血管病时 ,脑损伤与 Ca2 +、Mg2 +均有关 ,治疗时应重视
Objective To investigate the role of calcium and magnesium in cerebrovascular diseases by analyzing the serum calcium and magnesium ion concentrations in patients with stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and cerebral embolism) and their mutual relations. Methods The subjects were divided into cerebral infarction group 30 cases, cerebral hemorrhage group 21 cases, normal control group 30 cases. Three groups were detected fasting serum calcium and magnesium concentrations. Results There was no significant difference in serum Ca2 + between cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction (P> 0.05), but both of them were lower than those of control group (P <0.05) However, the level of serum Mg2 + in cerebral infarction was significantly lower than that in intracerebral hemorrhage (P <0.05). Conclusions Cerebral vascular disease, brain injury and Ca2 +, Mg2 + are related, should pay attention to the treatment
