工程预算定额管理是在现今社会经济发展过程中伴随生产技术的不断提高而出现,是结合经济学、管理学为一体的技术管理方式及综合性的应用管理方式,同时也为当前工程预算的有效合理应用提供合理的发展依据。伴随着现今社会经济发展中各种技术和管理方式的不断提高,预算定额管理机制在现今也逐步广泛应用于管理阶层和管理制度的各个层面,正逐渐形成一套系统的完整的管理模式本文旨在针对工程造价的特点对我国工程预算定额的发展过程及分类应用进行阐述,并对工程造价管理的原因及如何控制造价提出建议。
