阐述高校图书馆采编业务外包的产生与发展。外包到底是否可行,还有待实践来检验。根据笔者实践经验,陈述外包过程中容易出现的问题。
Describe the emergence and development of outsourcing of editorial work in university libraries. Outsourcing in the end is feasible, yet to be tested by practice. According to the author’s practical experience, the presentation of the problems prone to outsourcing process.
