财务会计管理工作不仅涉及到企业资金的使用效率,而且还会对企业未来的发展产生最直接的影响。最近几年,随着我国很多企业不断发展壮大,资金的使用和投入量在不断提升,企业为了显著提升自身的资金的利用效率,不断对企业的财务资源进行优化设计,能够有效降低资金浪费现象。而要想做好这项工作就需要企业不断完善会计管理制度建设,将财务会计工作和财务会计管理工作有效结合起来。最近几年,我国很多大中型企业不断强化会计制度建设和管理,完善企业内部制度建设,极大的促进了两者的结合。本文结合实际情况就企业财务会计工作和管理会计工作相结合优势进行了分析,最后论述了两者如何结合。
