通过实证分析,研究了专用性投资、保护机制和创新绩效之间的关系。结果表明,不同类型的专用性投资对创新绩效影响不同,人情型专用性投资对创新绩效的正向作用显著,保护机制作为调节变量可以在一定程度上解决专用性投资引发的问题,应发挥专用性投资应有的作用,增强对创新绩效的影响。
Through empirical analysis, we study the relationship between private investment, protection mechanism and innovation performance. The results show that different types of special-purpose investment have different impact on innovation performance, and the special-type human investment has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. As a regulatory variable, the protection mechanism can solve the problem caused by special-purpose investment to a certain extent and should play a special role The role of sexual investment should enhance the impact on innovation performance.
