我国著名教育家叶圣陶先生曾深刻指出:“什么是教育,简单一句话,就是要养成良好的习惯。”李嘉诚先生说过:“播种习惯,成就事业。”学前班是孩子从幼儿园向小学的过渡,它既存在连续性又具有阶段性。面对刚刚从幼儿园踏进学前班的孩子,培养好习惯是第一要务。在学前教育的实践中,不能只注重孩子知识能力的训练,而是从习惯培养入手,循序渐进,帮助幼儿完成从幼儿园到小学的逐步过渡,让他们对学习感兴趣、活动能合群、生活有条理。
