铁路房屋构件标准图编制协作会于2月12日至15日在天津召开。参加会议的有第一、二、三铁路设计院、第四铁路工程局、齐齐哈尔、郑州、南昌铁路局等单位的代表。到会同志学习了中共中央关于批林批孔的文件,在国内外大好形势鼓舞下,一致认为在新规范即将实施之际,统一组织编制一套常用的铁路房屋构件标准图是很必要的。这对避免重复编制,节省设计力量,统一技术标准,提高设计质量,缩短旧图翻新时间,以及提高构件的通用范围、配套和厂制化的程度等方面都行很大意义。会上交流了情况,统一了思想,确定了当前急需编制的常用构件,洽商了编制项目分工,拟定了构件技术条件提纲,协调了工作计划安排。
