在水工建筑物砂卵石地基中,修筑混凝土防渗墙是一种比较先进的垂直防渗措施,本文拟就其施工技术方面的几个问题,结合笔者在施工中的体会,提出一些看法。文章共分:圆孔与槽孔混凝土防渗墙;槽孔的钻孔;固壁泥浆;几种混凝土浇注方法的比较以及结语五个部分。文中主要对槽孔与圆孔的比较、国内外施工技术的比较、钻机的选择、钻头的形状与质量、钻孔的方法、泥浆的质量与用当地粘土造浆的问题、混凝土浇注的方法、有关槽孔长度等方面进行探讨。
In the sand and gravel foundation of hydraulic structures, the construction of concrete impervious walls is a relatively advanced vertical anti-seepage measure. This paper intends to put forward some views on several aspects of its construction technology, combined with the author’s experience in construction. The article is divided into: concrete and impervious walls with round holes and slots; drilling with slots; solid-wall mud; comparison of several concrete casting methods and conclusions in five parts. The main points of this paper are comparison of slot holes and round holes, comparison of domestic and foreign construction techniques, selection of rigs, shape and quality of drills, drilling methods, quality of mud and pulping with local clay, method of concrete pouring, The length of the slot is discussed.
