解数学问题往往可以用到众多的思想方法,如转化化归、数形结合、分类讨论、数学建模等等,而在这些思想方法中,分类讨论是一种重要的数学思想,学习数学的过程经常会遇到分类问题,在研究数学问题时常常需要通过分类讨论解决。从渗透在教材中的分类思想出发,结合例题阐述了分类讨论的思想、分类的原则、分类讨论的应用,从而体现分类讨论思想在数学解题中的作用和地位。
