根据《血站质量管理办法》血清(血浆)标本的保存期应当在全血有效期满后2年[1]。由于保存期长,标本量大,除了需要大容量的冷库外,还需要有科学适宜的保存方法。现将本站使用过的一种方便有效的保存方法介绍如下。
According to “blood quality management practices” serum (plasma) specimens should be stored in the whole blood after the expiry of 2 years [1]. Due to the long shelf life and the large sample size, in addition to the need for large capacity cold stores, there is also a need for a scientific and suitable preservation method. Now this site used a convenient and effective preservation methods are described below.
