目前,我国的高等书法教育形成了从专科、本科、硕士、博士、博士后及外国留学生等系统的教育层次和结构,并逐步走向规范化、专业化、系统化和学术化的道路。但在这种看似繁荣发展的背后也面临诸如师资配置不当、课程开设脱离社会需要、盲目扩招、就业难等问题。书法教育直接影响国民文化素养、民族文化命脉,是国家形象的重要组成部分。解决当下书法教育存在的问题事关国家发展和文化传承,本文围绕日渐隆兴的高等书法教育与渐趋紧迫的就业环境之间的矛盾展开论述,希望能为书法教育的发展作出有意义的思考。
At present, the higher education of calligraphy in our country has formed the education level and structure from the specialty, undergraduate, master, doctorate, postdoctoral and foreign students system and gradually toward the normalization, specialization, systematization and academicization. However, behind such seemingly prosperous development, there are also such problems as the improper allocation of teachers, the deviations from the social needs of the curriculum, the blind enrollment expansion and the difficulty of employment. Calligraphy education directly affects the national culture, the lifeline of national culture, is an important part of the country’s image. To solve the problem of the current calligraphy education is related to the development of the country and its cultural inheritance. This article focuses on the contradiction between the rising calligraphy education and the increasingly urgent employment environment in Longxing, hoping to make a meaningful reflection on the development of calligraphy education .
