This study further explores the diagnostic methods and reaction conditions of indirect hemagglutination test for swine toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites were purified by trypsin digestion, and 98.7% of the peritoneal cells in peritoneal exudates of infected mice were removed. Toxoplasma gondii recovery rate of 194.4%.
