目的:探讨抗轮状病毒鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿130例,采用随机抽样方法分为对照组和观察组各65例,两组患儿入院后均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患儿加用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌治疗,观察组患儿加用抗轮状病毒鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、平均病程、治疗后不同时间点腹泻次数、SIg A水平及轮状病毒含量等。结果:观察组患儿临床总有效率为95.38%,显著高于对照组的78.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组患儿病程为(5.67±1.22)d,长于观察组的(4.50±1.09)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患儿治疗后不同时间点腹泻次数、SIg A水平及轮状病毒含量组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中对照组患儿治疗后3 d轮状病毒含量显著高于其他时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗3 d、5 d、7 d及10 d后腹泻次数和轮状病毒含量均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d及10 d后SIg A水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗轮状病毒鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,有助于促进病毒清除及SIg A形成,可有效改善临床症状体征,缩短病程。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of rotavirus immunoglobulin against rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods: 130 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment after admission. The children in the control group received Bifidobacterium Bacilli triple viable bacteria treatment group were treated with anti-rotavirus chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, the average duration of treatment at different time points after diarrhea, SIg A levels and rotavirus content Wait. Results: The total clinical effective rate in observation group was 95.38%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (78.46%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The duration of treatment in control group was (5.67 ± 1.22) days longer than that in observation group (4.50 ± 1.09) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was significant difference in the number of diarrhea, SIg A level and rotavirus content between the two groups at different time points after treatment (P < 0.05). The content of rotavirus in the control group was significantly higher than that at other time points after 3 days of treatment (P <0.05). In the control group, the content of rotavirus in the children at 3 days, 5 days, 7 days and 10 days The numbers of post-diarrhea and rotavirus were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of SIg A in children in the observation group after treatment for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days Significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of rotavirus enteritis with rotavirus chicken yolk immunoglobulin is helpful to promote the clearance of virus and the formation of SIg A, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs and shorten the course of disease.
