目的探索庆大霉素配合灌洗VSD负压封闭引流治疗创伤感染创面的护理要点。方法 2014年10月~2015年6月,对30例采用含庆大霉素的生理盐水3000m L配合灌洗负压封闭引流治疗创伤感染创面的患者进行护理观察。结果 1例发生引流管堵塞。其余患者无发生引流管堵塞,患者予拆除VSD后,见肉芽创面红润生长良好,无感染灶,无护理并发症发生。结论采用含庆大霉素的生理盐水3000m L配合灌洗负压封闭引流、密切的相关护理观察和引流管的管理,对治疗创伤感染创面有非常重要的意义。
Objective To explore the nursing points of gentamicin in combination with laparoscopic VSD in the treatment of trauma wounds. Methods From October 2014 to June 2015, 30 patients with gentamicin-containing normal saline (3000m L) and lavage negative pressure drainage therapy were used to treat the patients with wound infection. Results 1 case of drainage tube blockage. The rest of the patients had no drainage tube blockage, patients to remove the VSD, see granulation wounds rosy good growth, no infection, no nursing complications. Conclusions The use of gentamicin - containing normal saline 3000m L combined with lavage negative pressure closure drainage, close related nursing observation and management of drainage tube is very important for the treatment of wounds with wound infection.
