体层摄影在检查过程中需要摄取多个层面,因多次曝光,球管负荷大,病员接受 X线剂量亦多。尤其在支气管侧后倾斜等特殊体位作体层摄影时,需较长时间保持体轴的角度,难以固定和忍受。而采用一次多层摄影,则可弥补上述缺点。鉴于国内有关生产部门尚无制成品,我科按国产 X-32多轨迹体层机结构,自制了一种多层暗盒,经临床一年余的使用,完全能满足诊断要求。

In view of the fact that there is no manufactured product in the relevant domestic production departments, our department made a multi-layer cassette according to the structure of the domestic X-32 multi-track tracker. After more than one year of clinical use, it fully meets the diagnostic requirements.
