十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)2005年12月,国务院将《劳动合同法(草案)》提请全国人大常委会第十九次会议初审后,委员长会议决定,将草案全文公布向社会公开征求意见,在一个月期间,共收到近二十万条左右的意见。这部法律的制定,牵动了中国劳动力市场中无数人的神经,从董事长、总经理到普通的打工仔;引起中外无数人的关注,从投资者到政治家;也带出了无数理性的思考,从学者到实践者。《劳动合同法》承载着太多人的利益。
The 28th Session of the Tenth National People's Congress examined and approved Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “Labor Contract Law”) In December 2005, the State Council submitted the “Labor Contract Law (Draft)” to the National People's Congress After the first hearing of the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee, the chairman of the NPC Standing Committee decided to publicly announce the draft for public comment. During the one-month period, a total of nearly 200,000 opinions were received. The formulation of this law has affected countless people's nerves in the labor market in China, from the chairman and the general manager to ordinary wage earners. It has aroused the concern of millions of Chinese and foreign people, from investors to politicians. It also brings out countless rational Thinking, from scholar to practitioner. The Labor Contract Law carries the interests of too many people.
