“洋枪”代表崇尚国际化的中国电子商务公司,“土炮”是指力主本土化的公司。在刚刚结束的“第八届中国国际电子商务大会”上,eBay易趣历数国际接轨的好处,淘宝则提出要让电子商务“土得掉渣”,“洋枪”与“土炮”交火,中国电子商务的“火药味”渐浓。电子商务本无国界,但因我国电子商务总体仍处初级阶段,按照国际惯例开展电子商务的确是我们的目标,但在本土实施过程中,电子商务不能不考虑自身的国情。不管是崇尚国际化还是力主本土化,电子商务的创新都应该是不变的主题。这些创新既有技术创新也包括应用创新,更有制度方面的创新,慧聪CEO郭凡生提出中国电子商务特别要解决制度创新的问题。此外,政府的支持也至关重要。让人高兴的是中国政府明显加大了对电子商务的支持力度,国务院信息化工作办公室、发改委、商务部、科技部等为中国电子商务的推进不断地营造着良好的环境,电子商务的法律法规正逐步完善。一个多元化的、欣欣向荣的中国电子商务的面貌展现在人们的面前。不管是“洋枪”还是“土炮”,更好地服务大众和中国经济才是发展电子商务的硬道理。

HC CEO Guo Fansheng proposed that China’s electronic commerce should specifically address the issue of institutional innovation. In addition, government support is also crucial. The good news is that the Chinese government has obviously stepped up its support for e-commerce. The promotion of e-commerce in China by the State Council Informatization Office, the NDRC, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology has continuously created a favorable environment for e-commerce law Laws and regulations are gradually improving. The face of a diversified and prosperous Chinese e-commerce is displayed in front of people. Whether it is “foreign gun” or “native gun”, better serving the public and the Chinese economy is the last word in developing e-commerce.
