目的:比较分析2010—2011年我院临床用血情况的动态变化,探讨医院用血特点和存在问题。方法:收集我院2年血库统计资料,统计分析。结果:2年来共输血3826人次,输血14594.5U,用血最多的是ICU、烧伤、脑外、普外等科室,主要成分是血浆和红细胞。结论:用血总量显著增加。全部实施成分用血,自体输血严重不足。要加强自体输血工作的引导和管理。约束医生严格按要求使用血浆。
Objective: To comparatively analyze the dynamic changes of clinical blood supply in our hospital from 2010 to 2011, and discuss the characteristics and existing problems of blood supply in hospitals. Methods: Collection of 2 years blood bank statistics in our hospital, statistical analysis. Results: In the past two years, a total of 3826 blood transfusions were achieved, with a blood transfusion of 14,594.5U. Most of the blood used was ICU, burn, extracerebral and extra-general departments. The main components were plasma and erythrocytes. Conclusion: The total amount of blood increased significantly. All the implementation of the composition of blood, serious lack of autologous blood transfusion. To strengthen the guidance and management of autologous blood transfusion. Restrain the doctor to use the plasma strictly according to the requirement.
