10月21日,由国务院侨办邀请的非洲侨界精英人士访问团一行来到辽宁省侨办,与辽宁省外经贸厅、国资委和中小企业厅和辽宁中医等有关部门及省内相关企业召开座谈会,共商投资合作。会议由辽宁省外(侨)办副主任赵冰冰主持。赵主任对非洲精英人士访问团到访辽宁表示欢迎,她介绍了辽宁的基本省情,并吐露了“侨办侨办为侨而办”的心声,
