患者,男,59岁。以“间断血精2年”入院。诉2年前无明显诱因出现血精,无其他不适,排尿基本正常。该症状偶有发作,偶伴会阴部隐痛,曾多次在我院门诊检查诊断为精囊炎并予药物治疗,效果不佳。其后在院外曾行中药治疗无效。因症状反复导致精神紧张,影响正常工作。曾前往上级医院就诊,均诊断为精囊炎、前列腺炎,予以药物并辅以心理指导等综合治疗,仍效果不佳。此后血精症状仍间断发作,于2013年9月再次来我院就诊。
Patient, male, 59 years old. “Interrupted blood fine 2 years ” admission. 2 years ago v. No obvious incentive to appear blood essence, no other discomfort, urination basically normal. Occasional episodes of the symptoms, even perineal pain, has repeatedly diagnosed in our hospital as a seminal vesicle inflammation and drug treatment, the effect is not good. Subsequent hospital treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was invalid. Due to repeated symptoms lead to mental stress, affecting normal work. Have to go to higher-level hospital for treatment, are diagnosed as Vesiculitis, prostatitis, to be supplemented by drugs and psychological counseling and other comprehensive treatment, still ineffective. Since then, semen is still intermittent seizures, in September 2013 to our hospital again.
