目的:对Metis200全自动血型分析仪在ABO和Rh血型检测中的应用情况进行评价。方法:运用Metis200微量板凝集法检测50 808份ABO和Rh血型,对ABO正反定型不一致、凝集较弱或O细胞凝集的标本,用血型血清学方法对血型和不规则抗体做进一步鉴定,对鉴定为ABO亚型和1例类孟买血型送上海血液中心做基因分型和基因测序分析,对初筛为RhD阴性的标本送本站血型研究室进行RhD阴性确认、Rh分型、不规则抗体筛查及效价测定,同时对21 243份标本(RhD阳性21 151份、RhD阴性92份)做Rh表型分型鉴定。结果:50 808份标本检测出6例ABO亚型(0.012%),9例不规则抗体(0.018%),RhD阴性237例,血型室确认RhD阴性230例(0.452%),21 151份RhD阳性标本表型分布以CCee最常见,92份RhD阴性标本表型分布以ccee最常见,92例RhD阴性分型结果与血型研究室分型结果吻合。结论:Metis200全自动血型分析仪可以准确快速的检测ABO和Rh血型,提高ABO亚型和不规则抗体的检出能力,保障临床输血安全。
Objective: To evaluate the application of Metis200 automatic blood group analyzer in ABO and Rh blood group detection. Methods: 50 808 samples of ABO and Rh were detected by Metis200 microtiter plate agglutination assay. The positive and negative ABO samples were inconsistent in agglutination and agglutinated or O cells were aggregated. The blood type and irregular antibodies were further identified by serological method. Identified as ABO subtype and 1 case of Bombay blood group to send Shanghai blood center for genotyping and gene sequencing analysis of RhD-negative specimens were sent to our blood group RhD negative confirmation, Rh typing, irregular antibodies Screening and titer determination. At the same time, 21 243 specimens (21 151 RhD positives and 92 RhD negatives) were identified by Rh phenotyping. Results: 6 samples of ABO (0.012%), 9 samples of irregular antibody (0.018%) and 237 samples of RhD negative were detected in 50 808 samples. Among them, 230 (0.452%) and The distribution of CCee was the most common, the distribution of ccee was the most common in 92 RhD-negative specimens, and the 92 RhD-negative typing results were consistent with the typing results of blood group. Conclusion: Metis200 automatic blood analyzer can detect ABO and Rh blood samples accurately and quickly, and improve ABO subtype and irregular antibody detection ability to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
